Confirmation

Within 24 hours, you'll get a message from one of our coaches with your session time, venue, and what to bring. Keep an eye on your inbox, check spam if it's not there.

Your free session

Turn up 10 minutes early. We'll introduce your child to the group, the coach, and the floor. You can stay and watch, most parents do. No commitment, no pressure.

The conversation

After the session, the coach will let you know which program is the right fit, Roots, Academy, or something in between. You decide if it's a yes from there.
